Environmental Defense has launched Oceans Alive:

Their newly expanded oceans action site calls
on President George W. Bush to become the
"Teddy Roosevelt for our oceans." TR left a legacy
of protecting wildlands in America by establishing
new national parks and monuments. We need a President that leaves that kind of legacy for
protecting our oceans.
